You have 14 days to return your order from the day you received it. All products must be unused and in perfect condition, with intact labels and in their original packaging.
If we determine that the product has been used or is not in its original condition, we may deny your return or apply a reduction in value, meaning we will not refund the full amount.

Make your return via the link below. Log in using your order number and the email address you provided when you placed your order. The order number can be found on your order confirmation.

Now you will see all your previous orders, and the one you chose to return will expand. Mark the items you wish to return.

Specify the reason for the return for each product.

Select the delivery method and create your shipping label for the return. Shortly, you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping label attached.

Drop off your return and save the receipt from the carrier. You are responsible for the return until it reaches our warehouse.

Once we have received and processed your return, we will send you another email. It will state the total amount after the return fee has been deducted.

Place a new order on our website for the new size or color you wish to exchange for. Use the form below to receive your discount code, which you can use at checkout for free shipping.

Please note that free returns only apply to exchanges for a different size, not for ordering a completely new item.

FAQ
What is the cost of a return?
The return cost consists of an administrative fee for handling the return as well as the shipping cost. The administrative fee is 21 AUS, and the return shipping fee is 29 AUD.
For an exchange, we do not charge any fee. You always have the right to exchange an item with us at no additional cost.
Do you refund the shipping cost?
For full returns, the shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase will be refunded. For partial returns (returning part of the original order), the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Can I return items from Previous Seasons?
Yes, you always have the right to return all our products, including those from previous seasons.
Has my return been registered?
As soon as we receive and process your return at our warehouse, you will receive a notification via email. Tip! Always keep the receipt from the drop-off point where you handed in your package. You are responsible for the package until we receive it. There is also a tracking number so you can follow the package's return journey to us.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will process a refund as soon as we have received and reviewed your return. Refunds may therefore take up to 10-14 business days from the time we receive your package.
