For the insulation, we have chosen Primaloft® Silver Eco, a market-leading insulation that provides an incredible amount of warmth in relation to weight. It has several unique additional benefits; it does not bulk like animal down, it breathes and it is water resistant, which means that the jacket warms even if it gets wet. The fact that Primaloft® Silver Eco is made of 100% recycled material also warms the heart of every nature lover. As the garment's material largely consists of recycled materials, we classify the jacket as a "sustainable choice".
The design and fit are carefully developed to provide superb freedom of movement, even with a shell jacket or when you carry a backpack. The supersoft stretch panels at the sides go all the way from the bottom of the jacket all the way up under the sleeve, so the jacket smoothly follows your movements. The sleeves are finished with soft stretch cuffs that protect the skin and provide a comfortable transition when you wear gloves. We have also fitted the storm hood with stretch panels and elastic piping to fit well in folded-up position. The hem at the bottom of the jacket also has an elastic piping to stop cold winds. Two hand pockets at the front with zippers in the best quality from YKK®, nicely colour-matched for a cool, monochrome look.
